Not always. We start by mapping the workflow and choosing one complete part worth testing. If that prototype creates meaningful improvement, custom software has a clear starting point. If an existing product already solves the workflow well enough, we will say so.

It is a focused 30-minute conversation with Jake about how the work happens today, who is involved, and what you want to improve. The goal is to identify the smallest useful next step, not define an entire software system during the call.

The prototype covers one complete workflow using staged representative data. It is delivered as a polished private browser-based experience in about one week. The people closest to the work use it, share one consolidated round of feedback, and measure whether it creates meaningful improvement. It is not production software, and its full fee is credited toward an approved build.

One reschedule or refund is available before work starts. After work starts, the fee is non-refundable.

We price the full build only after the prototype has been used and the workflow is clear. The fixed price reflects what worked, what needs to expand, and the locked integrations, roles, data, and completion criteria.

Most approved builds take 8–16 weeks. The proposal states the project schedule and completion criteria.

The prototype is $2,500 upfront. For the build, we subtract the full prototype credit, then 50% of the remainder is due at kickoff and 50% at completion.

That is useful information and one reason we prototype first. We use one consolidated revision to adjust the workflow before defining the full build. Later additions are documented and priced before work proceeds.

Yes. Once paid, the client owns the custom code and deliverables, subject to third-party licenses.

The build includes 30 days of launch support and in-scope bug fixes. Enhancements are separate. Optional ongoing support is available.

Jake leads problem framing, prototyping, and product decisions. A small trusted team may support the build. There are no account-management layers.

Yes, when the tools have appropriate APIs or integration paths. The Discovery Call and prototype identify what should stay, connect, or be replaced.

Only when a website is part of a broader software product or operating system. Lawlor Solutions does not take standalone brochure or marketing website projects.

AI is used when it has a specific useful job and a responsible fallback. It is not sold as decoration or a standalone transformation package.

NDAs are available. Security and compliance requirements are evaluated case by case before commitments are made.
