Information we collect

We may collect information you choose to provide through the contact form, Discovery Call scheduling, private prototype feedback, and authorized administrative or lead-management tools. This may include your name, email, company or project, message, booking details, notes, and links to a client record.

10% Test answers and delivery details remain in session storage in your browser for up to 24 hours. After you request results, Lawlor Solutions saves your confirmed answers, delivery name and email address, generated test plan, and delivery status in a protected database and private file store. This lets us deliver or resend the same plan without generating it again. The answers are sent to the AI provider needed to map the current operation, select a focused prototype workflow, define the impact to measure, and write the personalized plan. The delivery details and attached plan are sent to Resend so the requested results can reach you. Do not enter confidential, regulated, personal, patient, payment, credential, or production data into the public test.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, organize a requested test plan, prepare and conduct a Discovery Call, deliver a private prototype, maintain authorized internal records, secure the service, and improve website reliability. Transactional follow-up does not subscribe you to marketing.

Service providers

• OpenAI adapts the 10% Test questions, maps the current operation, selects the core workflow to prototype, defines the impact to measure, and organizes the generated test plan. API inputs and outputs are not used to train OpenAI models by default. Standard abuse-monitoring logs may be retained for up to 30 days.
• Vercel hosts the website and may provide privacy-respecting analytics and speed insights.
• Cal.com processes Discovery Call scheduling information, and Google Meet provides the meeting location.
• Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect public forms from abuse.
• Supabase provides data storage, database, and authentication services.
• Resend delivers requested transactional messages, including the 10% Test Plan PDF attachment. Requesting the plan does not subscribe you to marketing email.

These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy commitments. Lawlor Solutions does not sell personal information.

Analytics

Analytics are limited to page paths and bounded interaction events such as opening a booking flow, completing a 10% Test step, or viewing a case study. We do not send names, emails, companies, free text, transcripts, test plans, prototype tokens, or provider booking IDs to analytics.

Retention and deletion

We retain records only as long as needed for the stated business purpose, security, contractual commitments, or legal obligations. Browser test data expires after 24 hours. A completed 10% Test result and its delivery record may remain in Lawlor Solutions' protected systems so the requested plan can be delivered, resent, and connected to later help; the transactional email may also remain in the sender's and recipient's mail systems under their normal retention settings. You may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to records we must retain.

Security and limitations

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encrypted transport. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Private prototype links are intended for limited access but should not be treated as a place for sensitive production data.
