You may use this website for lawful business evaluation and communication. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or use automated means that place an unreasonable load on the website.
10% Test
The 10% Test is an early workflow-mapping, prototyping, and planning aid. Its questions and test plan are not a quote, final scope, specification, guarantee of outcome, guaranteed percentage of final cost, legal conclusion, professional advice, project acceptance, or commitment to a price or timeline. Do not submit confidential, regulated, personal, patient, payment, credential, or production data.
Discovery Call scheduling
Scheduling a Discovery Call reserves time for a preliminary conversation. It does not create a client relationship, guarantee project acceptance, or replace a signed agreement. Meeting availability may change, and the scheduling provider has its own terms.
Private prototype previews
A prototype preview is a private, browser-based representation of a proposed workflow using staged data. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, it is not production software, does not include a production backend, and should not be used with live or sensitive data. Access may expire, be rotated, or be revoked.
Paid work and commercial terms
Paid prototypes and software builds are governed by a separate signed agreement. That agreement controls scope, fees, payment, cancellation, ownership, third-party licenses, confidentiality, change control, support, hosting, warranties, and other commercial obligations. Website descriptions are general information and do not replace the signed agreement.
Intellectual property
Lawlor Solutions owns the public website, branding, general methods, and pre-existing materials. Client ownership of custom code and deliverables is addressed in the signed project agreement and takes effect after payment, subject to third-party licenses.
No warranties and limitation
The public website and planning tools are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or that planning output will be complete or suitable for a particular decision. Applicable signed agreements govern warranties and liability for paid work.
