A clearer patient experience after the visit.

About the client

Enlivencell is a specialized health clinic serving U.S. patients who travel for individualized treatment plans and ongoing support. Its digital experience gives patients a place to access the portal, order supplements, participate in follow-up, and stay connected with the care team after their treatment visit.

A connected portal gives patients one place to review clinician-directed next steps, log relevant progress, order supplements, and stay in contact with the care team.

The challenge

Enlivencell wanted a stronger, more organized post-treatment experience. Ongoing follow-up is central to the clinic’s service: helping patients understand what comes next, access clinician-directed lifestyle guidance, and maintain continuity with the care team after an appointment. Without a structured portal, the information, communication, and follow-up process would be more difficult to keep clear and consistent for patients and staff.

  • Patients needed one clear place to understand what came next after an appointment.
  • Clinician-directed lifestyle guidance and follow-up information needed a consistent home.
  • Patients and staff needed an organized way to stay connected over time.
  • The workflow needed to support continuity without replacing care-team conversations.

The solution

The first workflow

Lawlor Solutions built a complete patient-facing web portal and connected operational system. It brings patient history, plan information, progress notes and check-ins, supplement ordering, and follow-up visits into one accessible experience.

What real use showed

Patients can review their next steps, message through the portal, and log meal and exercise activity over time. Care teams can review the submitted information and use it to support ongoing follow-up conversations.

How the software expanded

The portal supports clinician-directed guidance, continuity, and accountability. It keeps the care team in the loop and does not provide autonomous medical advice or diagnose patients.

The outcome

After implementation, patients had a clear place to understand the next step, log relevant progress, and communicate with the care team. The clinic reported a 10% increase in patient satisfaction, with patients describing less confusion about follow-up and feeling more supported after treatment. Scheduling and outreach automation saved approximately 30 minutes per physician per day. Portal information and messaging also reduced the need for many routine post-treatment calls, while calls remained available when patients needed them.

~30 minsaved per physician each day through scheduling and outreach automation
Fewer callsneeded for routine post-treatment follow-up, with calls still available when needed

Technology

The portal uses a concise web stack with a managed backend supporting the application data.

  • TypeScript
  • React and Next.js
  • Vercel deployment
  • Supabase managed backend for the portal’s application data
